Icebreaker Maritime museum was really good! Had a great exhibit about the women who worked in the factories during World War II.

Bella’s best day is to swim off of the platform behind the boat. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, she is in her own nirvana.

Anchoring means you are essentially alone in a remote area. It requires you to not be “stupid” and get yourself hurt as there is no medical facility near by. It also means you are beautiful spaces that allow you to be “one with nature.”

How would you interpret this marker?

Maybe that it is telling you that the rock is a hazard? That doesn’t make sense as there are hundreds of rocks in the Georgian Channel that don’t have this marker.

Likely, it is saying, “stay to the right (starboard) side of this rock.” Interpreting markers while boating is a tough, and sometimes frustrating job.

Thought the grocery store was downtown, turns out it was over a mile walk to the local Farmer’s market. The boat wagon is truly an amazing invention.

Spent a great afternoon at Discovery Harbour. Took the tender over and walked the 30 acre where the British set up a naval base in 1793.
